  • Relearn how to play ~ play tag with your kids or your dog, do something fun!

  • Live your physical fantasy ~ galloping a horse through a meadow, running on the beach, hiking in Yellowstone National Park, skiing in Aspen, just to name a few...

  • Train yourself for recovery ~ build in time to rest and luxuriate after having made the effort!

  • Set achievable goals ~ walk/run faster or longer, run a road race, feel the joy of accomplishment when your goal is met!

  • Name your exercise something fun and positive!  I named mine FABY ~ Fitness, Abs, Yoga! When I write it on my daily calendar it is something fun and fabulous I do for me! What would you name your workout? 

  • Reward yourself ~ with new equipment, new music, a massage, a spa treatment, travel, something for you that makes you smile!
